Tonight I’ve been watching a film called ” The Consipator” a ‘based-on-fact’ account of the trial and execution of those responsible for the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Very good indeed!

You must now watch it – the film script contains the quote (from an astute Lawyer for the defence)

“Experience matters for nothing when they make the rules up as they go along.”

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to reflect on your role(s) in management.
    Are there any resonances?

Perhaps of interest to those of us in management roles at present?

We all fall in to the trap at some point. I was at a conference recently and the only thing not for the Twenty First Century was the ‘Coffee Break’. I remark on this to (I think) an HMIe. At least he looked like an HMIe.
